Una is reacting fast on my questions and understand me through good english and i can fell that. This is normally a big problem for us dropshippers but not with Una; thank you! GSR is a good agent, that acts fast and are helpfull. The only reason i dont put 4 stars is that it is not easy to connect with the app. Una and her collegues helps you fast and good, so the error is not that a big think.

The logistics service provided is too slow. Delivery is not timely, lost packages are not handled or replaced, and refunds are not given. It's really terrible. The logistics time is too slow. I do not recommend this app.

They were always out of stock, and they never notified me. I received numerous customer complaints about order refunds, only to find out that they had simply updated the tracking numbers, but there was no actual tracking information; the items were actually out of stock and hadn't been shipped. Because of this, I had to pay out a large sum of money to my customers.

None of my orders were shipped within 10 days; every order experienced severe delays. The product sourcing was of poor quality, the logistics were chaotic, and customer service communication and support were inadequate. As a result, I received numerous customer complaints and refund requests, and I lost a significant amount of money.
