There’s a difference between buying a tool and being handed a set of keys. Before Elevar, we were driving in the dark. No GA4. No reliable tracking. Even Shopify’s own dashboards felt like they were guessing. Now? The lights are on. From the moment we started onboarding with Elevar, it was clear this wasn’t the usual “here’s your login, good luck” process. Their decks, their documents, and....most impressive, the UX of their digital onboarding platform are a masterclass in clarity. It’s clean. Intuitive. It feels like they’ve been in the room with first-timers and actually noticed where we get stuck. Doris and Nina, in particular, deserve a standing ovation. They’ve been endlessly patient, answering every question without a hint of condescension. Instead, they’ve guided us toward best practices, suggested solutions, and, importantly....gone well beyond their scope to ensure we succeed. It’s early days, so I can’t tell you what the long-term impact will be yet. But the short-term? The work is clean, thoughtful, and a thousand times better than where we were. If you want a tracking solution that works, and a team that treats you like a partner, not a ticket number, I’d recommend Elevar without hesitation. No complaints.
