Ok guys...13 years in E commerce...the firs time someone configured everything in the proper way. Now im recieving perfect data's that are the base to manage an e commerce in the right way. Ye it cost some money...but without this you can't go nowhere. MArio and Amanda off support made all the job...i didnt do anything since i dont understand not even the meaning of the word "tag"... My advice - spend the money with Elevar and save a fortune on your ad spend. Simple. IMO this is the very best way to make sure the data you see on your FB and GA is accurate! Ok, so I installed it myself and yes, it took me a day or so of immersion in the world of tagging... to fully understand what was going on (but to be honest, if you're spending upwards of $4k/month on PPC ads you should be doing this anyway...even if you have an agency doing it for you) but Elevar’s guides are easy to follow and super detailed and I soon found myself knowing a whole lot more about how the whole tagging, tracking thing works - this is especially important with the ongoing privacy issues & cookies etc... And as for their customer support - it’s one of the best I’ve experienced in my nearly 10 years of doing ecommerce. Brad & Mario - thankyou!

We have been cooperating with Elevar for two years and for a very long time it was a very good cooperation. Unfortunately, the last period of time was worse - the opinion has also been changed. However, I believe that this is a 5-star company and it deserves a good word. Thanks to Brad's help, most of the problems were solved. It's good to know that despite difficult situations, Elevar is a very good partner to work with. You can say that for good and for bad :)
Hi Tom - this is Brad, the Founder of Elevar. Thank you for taking the time to update your review from 5 star to 1 star and share your feedback on where we need to improve in the upgrade process when going from data layer tracking/GTM server-side to the Elevar Server-Side tracking. After we've reviewed and discussed all concerns over the upgrade, the main tracking issue boiled down to the Product Name dimension in GA4. The product name is being translated (via another 3rd party app) on product views, but is not translated on add to cart (or purchase) events. As of now this is not something Elevar has a fix for. However when viewing reports in GA4, the product funnel data is accurate using the Product ID and GA4 contains 100% of conversions. We also discussed concern over Google Ads tracking during the migration -- nothing was impacted here with Remarketing tags or Primary Conversion event since this was all still running via GTM Web container only. I look forward to continuing to support you as a valued customer in the future.

THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW. We have to admit that in the beginning, we struggled a bit with the app. However, the support that we got with the app from the team is phenomenal! Within an hour we got a video call with the team and they took all the time to explain everything to us and run us through the different options and how to make the best of it. To be honest they actually went out of their way to help us and get us up and running in the best possible way. It is service like this that makes Shopify a fantastic platform with true eCommerce professionals! Thanks, Brad for all your patience and support. We truly appreciate it.

Awesome!! Have been struggling for years bring together all of our tracking separately in Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads (Search/Shopping/Display), Facebook, Pinterest etc and have finally found an App that makes it all work. In 10 years of ecommerce haven't experienced this level of quality support. Thanks team.

Nice app. Developers are very helpful and eager to get you going. For a fee they will set you up with all you need. We really needed that because we don't know much about installing, using or executing tag management. We hope this app will help us to understand some things as we learn how to use tags.

This "app" is perfect if you want to start using Google Tag Manager. Every tag you need to start are included in this. Customer Support is top grade and super efficient. Worth every penny.

If like us you are considering the best way to integrate GTM into your Shopify website, look no further. Mario and his team are professional, knowledgeable and provide some of the best customer service I have yet to encounter (on Shopify or elsewhere)! The installation was performed quickly and comprehensively - despite being capable to install and configure GTM myself the cost-benefit on this service makes it an EASY choice and allowed me to focus on more important site-launch tasks. At all steps of the process there was communication, explanation and questions as to our preferences for install. If something was beyond the scope of the original project, this was clearly communicated and Elevar provide one-off and subscription support options which is very handy. Overall I cannot recommend them enough - professional, personable and the integration simply works without issue! Excellent work and thank you to the Elevar team!

This app saved me at least 20 hours. If you consider your time worth more than $10/hour, then this is a no-brainer. I ran into some issues (user error, not the app) and their support team was fantastic. Everything was solved within 24 hours. Now that I discovered Elevar, I will never, ever, ever do this manually again.

i used this App to tag my website tagged and tracked using Tag manager, it works perfectly and the Support team are the Best. thank you guys for the great support, and thank you for the assistant you are providing.

Worth every cent. I had partially set up GTM and GA but hit some road blocks in my knowledge and ability. I installed this app and leapfrogged my previous setup. I am finding lots of value in working through Elevar's funnel articles too - and when I'm getting stuck they're there to help quickly and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who values iterative improvement to their site and business.

Excellent app with spectacular customer service. We had a few small issues and Mario had super quick and detailed responses on how to fix everything. Would definitely recommend this app for anyone wanting to save time setting up GTM

Plugin had very clear instructions and I was able to follow along with ease. I did, however, experience an issue getting a Google remarketing audience populated but the developer was able to resolve my issue with ease. I have no reservations recommending this plugin or the development team behind it!
