We have tested other apps out there but none can live up to the great support of Gorgias AND how their hustling getting MANY app integrations!! The backend is stupid simple to use, very easy to keep track of all the tickets, integrations and so on all in a simple drop down menu. Ive sent in my recommendations and they have been very receptive. Thanks again for an awesome app and looking forward to the additions!!
