Very underwhelming experience using Gorgias. I'm surprised there is so much fanfare surrounding this app. I tried getting passed the free trial and it kept telling me that my payment was successful but the app kept giving me a notification that my free trial expired. Beyond that I could not get support from Gorgias to resolve the issue and I struggled to set it up the way I needed. The application was clunky and unintuitive.

During trials, account and billing issues do need to be handled through the email address associated with the account for security reasons, which unfortunately meant we weren’t able to move forward when communication came from a different email. We recognize that this wasn’t clearly communicated at the time and that we could have done more to help with setup questions in parallel. We appreciate you calling this out.
