Great experience with the AI Agent from Gorgias. This has helped our store optimize our CS team tasks, and customers are pleasantly surprised with it. We were hesitant at first, especially being a luxury brand, but the Gorgias team was amazing at helping us tailor it to fit our standards and handover tickets to human agents when necessary.
