We've been using Gorgias for our customer support for years, and the AI Agent tools have been a game-changer. The platform gives us tons of flexibility to set things up exactly how we need it, and honestly, the customization options seem pretty much endless – which is great because every business has different needs. Since implementing the AI Agent, we've seen real improvements in our metrics. First response times are way down, our team is resolving tickets faster, and our CSAT scores have actually gone up. The bot handles a lot of the repetitive stuff, which frees up our team to focus on the more complex customer issues that really need a human touch. Setup took some time to dial in, but once we got it configured the way we wanted, it's been smooth sailing. If you're looking for a platform that can actually help automate support without losing that personal feel, I'd definitely recommend giving Gorgias a shot.
