Gorgias has been really helpful for our team over the past year, especially in handling high volumes of everyday customer questions quickly and smoothly. The AI Agent has been a big part of that, taking care of simple inquiries like subscriptions, tracking, and general product questions with consistency. It’s also been great working with Phil throughout the process. It’s made a real difference for the team by freeing up time from repetitive tickets, allowing us to focus more on conversations that need a human touch, especially the more complex or sensitive ones. While the AI works really well as a support tool, it still performs best with human oversight to keep things accurate and on tone when needed. Overall, we love it; it’s improved how we work day to day and made the CX experience feel faster, lighter, and more balanced for both the team and customers.
