I love Gorgias! The opportunities to automate and customize your workflows are endless; CX challenges are different everywhere and I love that Gorgias gets that. Djurdjica was super helpful and got back to me right away about my question, too :)
I recommend using Gorgias for every merchant using Shopify! its is so intuitive and gives many tools so that even if your support team doesnt have a lot of experience Gorgias customer care team - from set up to growth is so helpful!!! and the integration is really easy. Our agents team loves using it as well!
Extremely happy that we switched to Gorgias. As a customer service manager, I can say with confidence that Gorgias has amazing customer service. Besides that though, it actually is a great platform with amazing easy-to-use tools. It's been a much better experience with Gorgias than any other platform we've tried. Very customizable, and if you need help setting up your tools, you can book a call with a Gorgias rep almost any time of the day. Love it!

We have been using Gorgias for close to a year now, and it has been such a great addition to our daily operations. We have been able to build out an entirely new team dedicated to Guest support, using Gorgias as our centralized point of contact. Very user friendly, easy to integrate and install other software that your business uses, and I am very impressed by how much the Gorgias team listen to feedback and take action to always improve their product so that it serves their customers best. Every agent has been beyond helpful, and the ability to book 30 minute consult calls and attend townhall meetings makes you feel valued and supported at all times.
Never miss customer correspondence again. Best service, fast to respond. Would highly recommend them to any store looking for a well-run service that flawlessly integrates with Shopify. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
I am currently reworking a tagging system and needed back to back help today. Senka Korac gave thoughtful and expanded answers as well took the time to troubleshoot all possible avenues for future issues.

We were looking for more streamlined solution over Zendesk. This software is cost effective, super easy to use and install on shopify store. Great onboarding experience from local staff. Hoping the chat widget can offer more customization in future such as Pre-chat surveys.
Gorgias is really great! It works for both of our businesses and there's been very few instances where it's not capable of something I want to do. What really sets Gorgias apart is the team. They have regular extremely helpful webinars, office hours with real, friendly people and I feel like I'm working with a Mom and Pop shop. They do NOT sacrifice customer service in the slightest. Just today, I worked with Senka on a Zoom call troubleshooting a very in-depth issue for over 45 minutes. She was amazing and determined to ensure success. 10/10.
So far so good. Moved from Zendesk Chat to this and it's been quite a simple migration and looking forward to using all the features
