We’ve been using Gorgias for our Shopify store and it has completely improved how we handle support. Everything comes into one place including email, social media, and the live chat option on our store. The chat feature is smooth and makes it easy to assist customers in real time. What we really like is being able to set up AI workflows. You control how the AI responds, build automations around common questions, and decide exactly when an agent should step in. The handoff from AI to a human agent is accurate and feels natural, which keeps conversations clear and professional. This is a great tool for any Shopify brand that wants organized and scalable customer support.

We use Gorgias for our COSMEDIX brand and transitioned last year from a different support platform — the difference has been night and day. Visibility across conversations, orders, and customer history is dramatically better, which has made our CX team far more effective. The AI agent and Shopping Assistant have been especially impressive and are already driving incremental revenue for us, not just deflecting tickets. Integration and onboarding were straightforward and painless, even with a more complex Shopify setup. Overall, a powerful, well-built tool that has meaningfully improved our customer experience. Gorgias AI has been a huge help for our support team. In this case, a customer asked how to return lamps, and the AI responded clearly, accurately, and fully aligned with our return policy, so much so that the customer left a 5/5 satisfaction rating. The response was well-structured, polite, and asked the right follow-up question without creating friction. It saves our team time while still delivering a great customer experience. We've been using Gorgias Automate since its inception, while in beta, and it's been almost 3 years now. We have grown together and are handling an average of about 50%+ tickets! The CSTAT is usually good and resolves issues well. Currently at 5/5 Agent resolution. What AI Agent did: +Instructed the customer on where to find their loyalty points balance. +Provided detailed steps on redeeming points and applying rewards at checkout. +Assured the customer that points do not expire with account activity. Of course, it doesn't always get everything right, but we have added much guidance on when and where to hand off to human agents. Overall, we are very pleased with it and would highly recommend it.

So happy we switched! Used Freshdesk for years and Gorgias is much better. The AI agent is great and handles many tickets without human intervention at all.

Gorgias has helped us automate our customer support, to the point where Q4 customer support requires very little hands-on time for our team. We've only been using our Gorgias AI agent for a few weeks now, but I am so impressed at its capabilities. Our product specialist, Julieta, went above and beyond to help us set up our agent. There is a bit of a learning curve - both on the team running Gorgias and on the AI agent itself, but once you get the hang of the system it's an easy workflow. We're excited to continue to have our AI grow in knowledge and help our customers even more.

We’ve been using the Gorgias AI Agent for a bit now, and I wanted to share a quick win we had with it. A customer reached out asking to update the shipping address on their order (#144269), and the AI handled the whole thing on its own — confirmed the address, asked the customer to double-check, and updated it once they said yes. The customer gave it a 5/5 CSAT, which pretty much lines up with what we’ve been seeing overall. It’s taken a lot off our plate and made our support feel faster and more reliable. If you’re thinking about adding AI to your support team, this has genuinely been a solid upgrade for us.
