Their CX is incredible. ALWAYS there for my hundreds of questions every day. So approachable, and always solve my problem in a matter of minutes. They'll give you heads up if they will be a minute. I've never felt like an issue has not been resolved. Thank you, team!
Gorgias has been our go-to best CRM service so far. We've tried several before, but their customer service and convenient integrations with a very user-friendly interface is what we need to run our business. Very satisfied with Gorgias!

Bien que les features ne rivalisent pas encore assez avec celles proposées par Zendesk (sur le live-chat notamment), je note énormément de points positifs : - Service-clients disponible - Plusieurs intégrations très simples à mettre en place (shopify, recharge, aircall) - tarification par nombre de tickets - un outil très complet (macro, rules, csat notification, dashboard, vues). Je recommande.

The best app if you want to give a great experience and support to your customers, the macros are the best thing, no other app can do what this can. They just pull all data from Shopify and it's at a glance.
Gorgias is wonderful - has reduced my customer service teams volume by a ton since switching off Zendesk. They also have been extremely supportive during the COVID situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great App, it was a game changer for our business in terms of automatization of the customer service flow. It works well with both Shopify and Recharge app. Also the support is very good and quick.
