We love this application. It not only keeps our team organized and efficient, but keeps all the customers info right there for reference as you work through an service issue. The Gorgias team is super responsive and helpful. When we on-boarded with them, we received a one-on-one live tutorial where we could ask questions directly. They have been quick to respond to questions and helpful along the way! Would recommend!
Takes a little time setting up to suit your needs but that's only a testament to its power and flexibility. Plus, their CS during this difficult time has been very understanding. Just be aware that you will need to pay extra for ChannelReply if you want to use it for eBay contacts.
This app does exactly what we need it do. Just as importantly they are a genuine business partner in the support they provide.
Gorgias makes keeping in touch with our customers so easy. It integrates with almost all of our channels, and the customer service is absolutely brilliant. Would highly highly recommend this app to anyone who is trying to tie up customer communications!
Many brands, despite the customer-facing perception of them, really function as small start-ups. In this respect, customer service amongst the various avenues of digital communication that exist today is often handled by a single person. Gorgias has streamlined this role and stripped it of unnecessary burdens and complications in creating a singular platform through which all communication can be customized. Furthermore, by integrating it with Shopify, any customer contact has with it the entire order history, allowing for personalized communication in an instant. Great app with great functionality, the only downside being the aesthetic of the interface. But that is somewhat negligible when considering its utility.
We have been with Gorgias for quite some time now and it has really helped streamline all of our Customer Service into one fantastic system. We have remote workers around the United States and it really keeps things organized. The Shopify integration keeps getting better and better. Thanks for all you do!
being able to tie customer service, chat and social contacts makes life easy when you have multiple people working in customer service. Gorgias is still new to us but we are loving the integration straight into orders for returns and keeping track of notes etc.
Excellent software that allows us flexibility and is up to date with many integrations. During the COVID-19 pandemic they respectably offered relief plans in support of their clients.

Gorgias is an amazing customer service app, it puts everything at your fingers and saves so much time. The amount of time we'd spend looking up orders when a customer emailed in was crazy. With thier template system most of our tickets can be responded to in under 10 seconds, and the customers love it!! If you are considering Gorgias to replace your current help desk, do it. Shout out to Nikola for great support too!
I'm using gorgias for over an year and very satisfied. It is very simple for my agents to answer all tickets and keep track of everything. I've moved out from zendesk which I was very unsatisfied with and service was bad.

Im not sure where to start, Gorgias has been responsive since the moment I got in contact with them. Ive been involved with 3 people from Gorgias and they all seem to have high level acumen for the software. We made the change from a software we used for 4 years. Gorgias made it easy to integrate and be more organized with our customer service approach. Its also made it easy to manage my staff. When COVID-19 struck we just launched with the platform. Instead of charging us and making their money they made sure we were taken care of and gave us a special deal fro a few months. It's these types of experiences you can only hope for from a software/tech company.
