We just started using Gorgias, came from Zendesk and had bad experiences there. Love the customer service and the help in setting everything up. I got a walk though step by step when I was having issues and am very grateful for that.

Switched over from ZenDesk and SO GLAD that we did. This app does everything ZD does, but without the excessively long processes, in a much simpler, more user-friendly way. It also does MORE in terms of automating tasks to go along with macros, making tag reporting a billion times easier, and the customer support is phenomenal. Switching was SO EASY. Aasif was amazing - he walked me through the process, trained my team and myself, and has provided phenomenal ongoing support.

I have loved my experience with Gorgias so far. I've used MANY helpdesks with MANY bells and whistles and I'm really excited about my decision to go with Gorgias. The interface is simple. Everything is condensed into one place. Integration took 5 minutes (which is truly unheard of) and the customer experience is exceptional. I've been working with (harassing) Aasif for the last few months and he is always kind, down to earth, and more than willing to help. He is there for technical support as well as general e-comm advice and for me, that was a key differentiator. I never felt like my experience was overly salesy- it always felt friend to friend. Gorgias is continuing to innovate and push the boundaries and I'm excited to see how we scale with them.

Gorgias is a breath of fresh air for customer support. They are looking at customer support across the spectrum of email, chat, social media, and calls. Gorgias allows you to build customer profiles basically and really meet the needs of each person. I love that our VIP customers never get a automated response and are always taken care of by our best agents. You are able to build very specific rules and each time I ask if they have a feature available, if they do not, they are working on building it for us. So happy we switched!!!

Our company switched from Zendesk to Gorgias when we were expanding our business. The on-boarding from Zendesk to Gorgias was incredibly efficient and helped my whole team transition. I love that they are striving to build what their customers need. Gorgias actually reaches out and asks their customers what they can be doing better and they take those reviews and actually make things better. Could not be happier with our switch.

I spent many months and tireless research hunting for a good CRM system, Gorgias has been great so far. It's clean, and works for our startup. They are constantly updating, which is encouraging to see. I would like to continue to see developments with the mobile app, but apart from that it has been smooth sailing. OMG Gorgias is the BEST!!!! Great support and setup help, really easy to use and sooo much that it can offer. We have only just started but so far its AMAZING! highly recommend. It integrates brilliantly with Shopify so makes tasks like sending customers their tracking, refunding etc straight from the Gorgias app. Lots of great time savings features. Richard was such a great help getting us setup.

Aasif and Richard really went the extra 10 miles when onboarding my company with Gorgias. Like, seriously they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They showed me things I never imagined possible, concepts I never understood were “a thing”. These guys are the best and Gorgias is going to make our customer service endeavours much easier and more efficient going forward. Don’t think about it, just sign up. Gorgias is the best and Aasif and Richard really know how to satisfy a client.

This was easy to install and being trained / training others has been a breeze! To top it off, they have the most responsive team I have ever worked with! We are looking forward to using this new platform as it as already been so useful and it has not even been expanded to all team members yet! I would highly recommend Gorgias!

We've been using Gorgias for about a year now and we cannot recommend it enough. Both our social media and customer support teams use Gorgias to handle inbound tickets from multiple channels. The thing we especially like is that issues/bugs get resolved quickly and that the guys are open to suggestions.

Today I am celebrating my 1 month anniversary with Gorgias and I couldn't be happier. Mind you we migrated 4 separate Zendesk Basic accounts into 1 Multi-Store Gorgias Pro Account but the process could not have been more seamless and their team continues to exceed expectations at every opportunity. Mind you, in parallel we we operating with reduced personnel BUT I'm confident that without Gorgias we would not in the healthy state we are today in addition to the tremendous improvement we saw in our KPIs, see below: Of our 4 stores existing within our 1 Gorgias Advanced account we've seen: - 60-90% improvement in 1St Reply Time, 145 HRS w/Zendesk vs. 18 HRS with Gorgias - 90% improvement improvement in Avg Open tickets a Day, 255/day w/Zendesk vs. 27/day w/Gorgias on avg -20-40% improvement in % Tickets Solved, 59% w/Zendesk vs. 85% on avg w/Gorgias Net/Net: You can't beat the price, intuitive interface, the modular flexibility, nor the support level. Best decision we made this year

Gorgias has better Shopify and social media integration than our previous Helpdesk (ReAmaze), making it worth the extra $$/month. The ability to customize macros and rules is excellent as well. Analytics functions are also more complex than our previous app. We did have a few bugs when we first launched the app- the Gorgias team helped us out but it did take a few days to remedy. Some of the options aren't terribly intuitive but it seems like with a bit of practice in the app you can figure out these nuances.

This is the best tool for customer service! Highly highly recommend. We'd tried Zendesk, but this was so much better and much more affordable. Thank you to the Gorgias team for helping us drastically reduce our response time. This tool is amazing!

A great messaging tool for businesses, the interface is simple and easy to understands. The snooze option is a definite plus with keeping the flow of tickets organized and clutter-free. Also, appreciate how easy it is to tag tickets without too many rules to do so.

Everyone has been so helpful with questions when we made the switch over to Gorgias and the platform is really intuitive and easy to use. So many time-saving measures to increase efficiency within the app as well.
