What is the most important part of business? The customer experience. And critical to the customer experience I keeping track of feedback, help requests, returns, etc. A lot of communications flying about in all various forms of media and channels. Gorgias brings it all into a single pane of glass. Easy to aggregate, follow, assign, follow through and get things done for your customers. Our massive haul of 5 star ratings is due to our attitude and desire to help our customers. And Gorgias is the central tool that aids us in that endeavour. Bravo!

A very good app. Romain, Aasif and all other representatives are very helpful. It really changed our customer service tools a lot easier and convenient to navigate. Romain even did integrate SMS even if it wasn't from their list of integrations. Great job!

The Gorgias team (special shout out to Aasif) has been super helpful in transitioning from ZenDesk. We weren't initially looking for a new CRM, but attended a talk where Romain, the CEO, was a panelist - we were really impressed with the way they approach Customer Support, so we decided to do some research into their platform. After performing a trial, we decided that Gorgias was much better for us, in terms of Shopify integrations and functionality. We also really love the macros, and how intuitive and easy to use it is! Their customer service is also wonderful - they've answered every question promptly and thoroughly! 5 stars all around :).

Our team loves Gorgias. It has completely changed and streamlined our customer service process, and their customer support team is great. Many of the tweaks and feature requests we've made in the last several weeks of using the app have already been made.

2 months into our use of Gorgias we have had nothing but a positive experience. The app and integrations are working as advertised and the customer support has been spectacular. It is great to constantly also see improvements and additions being made to the platform. We cannot wait for the year to come!

We love using Gorgias. The transition from our previous platform went very smoothly and our team had no problem making the change with minimal training needed. The exciting part has been watching them realize just how much time they can save by using the macros and rules. We have a lot more of the platform to utilize, but the first month has been great and the support is 10 stars!

After having moved from Zendesk to Gorgias, our efficiency in answering tickets, tagging, and improving our customer support in general skyrocketed. Gorgias's UI is intuitive and easy to use, which allowed other team members to onboard without too much time spent training. The integrations with all the apps we use is also a huge plus! Highly recommend giving Gorgias a try!

We just recently set-up Gorgias as our CRM. The set-up was easy and the ability to tag tickets makes sorting and viewing our emails incredibly easy. We're looking forward to increasing our efficiency by setting up rules, and macros to auto respond to our customer's most common requests.

This is one of (if not THE) most valuable Shopify apps we use. Having in one screen a snapshot of every bit of historical communication with a customer from pre-purchase, thru purchase and after (whether from Facebook comments, Messenger, email OR ALL 3) and having that next to their order and shipping data is brilliant! It works well alongside your own Chat bot but can also perform much of the Chat bot functionality itself. Making sure a 'ticket' is assigned to the right person and outstanding tasks are done correctly ONCE are made easy. We've had some minor teething problems with syncing data but the support team are very responsive and very honest about situations and fixes. Loving it.

On our 5th month of using Gorgias and it's been a great solution to my team's CRM problems. For a company that doesn't need a full blown CRM but really just an aggregator, this was a perfect fit. We love working with the Gorgias team and they're always incredibly responsive to our requests.

Migrating from Zendesk to Gorgias is worth the effort if for NO other reason than the simplicity of creating tickets. Forget the fact that it natively integrates with your Shopify store, Email,, Shipstation, Slack channel or Facebook Messenger applications BETTER than INTERCOM. Forget the fact that the macro's are basically dynamic and can be triggered using 'tags' which, as a Shopify customer, we all understand. Forget the that the native integration with Shopify allows you to PROCESS A RETURN in the app or automagically refund or duplicate the last order OR create a COUPON CODE for frustrated customers all within Gorgias. Sign up because Gorgias is GREAT! It's simple to use and they provide great customer support ... makes you wonder what CRM app they are using! Oh wait ... they use Gorgias too!

This app is amazing! Very user friendly, with so much capabilities..all in one window. Made our customer service a breeze and gave us the opportunity to provide even better quality of service to our customers. Highly recommended. The install was super easy, and the staff is beyond awesome!

After 13 years with Nexternal, we migrated to Shopify Advanced recently. There were a great many reasons for the migration but lack of a CRM for Nexternal was very high on my list as our customer service were having to cross-reference information in about 5 different places which was inefficient and error-prone. I tried out Gorgias because of the integrations and good reviews on the support, then rolled it out to staff prior to our migration, then shifted over completely with the migration. I've been very happy with it across the board. It's made our lives much simpler and we are able to access all incoming questions whether from Facebook, Shopify, email or chat all in one place. We can share things much more efficiently. Romain is terrific, response times on all questions are lightning fast, and it's not just about getting an answer - things actually get modified or fixed right away. Excellent tool that works great for my business.

So far we are in love with Gorgias! The training and support are outstanding. Very intuitive program with lots of features that will save us a lot of time and energy. Love how it integrates all of our programs together. We feel like this will make us even more efficient and successful!
