Hertwill is awesome, honestly. Their Shopify app made setting up my store so much easier than I expected. It’s super simple to use—like, you don’t need to be a tech genius or anything. I got everything up and running in no time. What I love the most is their support team. I had a couple of questions (ok, maybe more than a couple ), and they got back to me so fast. Plus, they didn’t just give me some copy-paste answers—they actually helped me figure things out. You can tell they actually care. Also, the features in the app? Game changer. My store looks way better now, and I’m already seeing more people checking it out and buying stuff. If you’re on Shopify, you should totally try this out. Can’t recommend it enough!

Hertwill just may be the single best product to Dropship in Europe. The team managed to connect with suppliers who source top quality product with speedy fulfillment times. Clean interface, no gimmicks - easy to use and improvements are coming. What really stands out here is the fantastic support team. I've asked for some feedback after initial store design and I've gotten legit advice that clearly took time and consideration to produce. Top Class.

Installing the app was easy. Quality products, exactly what I had in mind. The products have good descriptions and a LOT of marketing materials and advice. Pros: One of the best dropshipping apps out there - great product description and pictures, good quality brands. Clear interface, easy to use and intuitive. Really reasonable subscription plans. Last but not least they have amazing customer service and a very felt personal touch. Cons: You do have to be approved by each brand (but so do your competitors so there is a positive too) and each brand charges separately for shipping.

So easy to start up with Hertwill. The support-team is awesome, always quick replys no matter what time or day! So happy doing buisness with them. They add new products and brands frequently. We have been using other dropshipping companys before, but none can compare quality and support as good as Hertwill :)

We have been using the app for over 6 months now and it has been a great experience from the very beginning. We love the selection of brands, new products and brands are added frequently, imports are smooth, orders are filled on time and delivered quickly. In more than 6 months, we have only had 1 return and 1 exchange, which means that product quality and customer satisfaction come first for Hertwill. Of particular note is the friendly customer service. The Hertwill team is always ready to help, answer any questions, and solve technical problems that may arise. Overall, we highly recommend the app!
