We have been using the app for over 6 months now and it has been a great experience from the very beginning. We love the selection of brands, new products and brands are added frequently, imports are smooth, orders are filled on time and delivered quickly. In more than 6 months, we have only had 1 return and 1 exchange, which means that product quality and customer satisfaction come first for Hertwill. Of particular note is the friendly customer service. The Hertwill team is always ready to help, answer any questions, and solve technical problems that may arise. Although I haven't been using the app too long for this new store it worked like a charm from the beginning. This is my second store with them and of course there have been couple of hiccups but what brings me back is the great products and very nice and helpful customer support who are actually humans not bots.
