Hertwill is a reliable fulfillment partner. The Shopify integration works well, orders are accepted and processed automatically, and tracking is added once the order ships. Product quality and EU suppliers are a big plus. Recommended for serious stores.

Hertwill has been a pleasant experience so far. Customer support is responsive and helpful, the app is easy to install, pricing feels reasonable, and there’s a good range of quality products from European brands. The only downside is that shipping can be a bit expensive for some markets/products — but it’s understandable. Overall, I do recommend this app.

I love how Hertwill is taking an honest and transparent approach to helping people start their business while sourcing the best quality. Great customer support, and a page is realy easy to navigate. Products are easily imported and are of great quality. Only downside is that some suppliers have prices almost as high as their selling prices on their websites so there is no margin for a dropshipper on their products. Also, shipping to some areas of EU is 14,99 so you need to do some magic with your pricing. Hertwill is everything I hoped it would be as a dropshipper. PS: Don't sleep on the marketing material they provide. Unique for a dropshipping provider to give you so much A class material to use.

Hallo, bis jetzt kann ich mich über die App nicht beklagen, funktioniert alles reibungslos. Am Anfang gabs 1-2 Probleme mit den Einstellungen aber mit Hilfe vom Support konnten wir die Probleme beseitige.
