Great app! Works smoothly and with no delay. I had some issues and a difficult setup with some complicated options, but Fabio Romanelli at the support was amazing! Quick, understanding and just amazing!

Die App ist super,....es funktioniert alles genauso wie wir es benötigen. Es ist alles sehr einfach und gut zu benutzen... Der Support ist 10 Sterne.....einfach HAMMER Mäßig.....ich kann jedem Shopify Nutzer der Versandregeln etc benötigt diese App nur absolut empfehlen !!!!

This app helped us tremendously during BFCM. Three of our high-demand SKUs went out of stock during the sale, but more inventory was hitting our warehouse right after Cyber Monday. We decided to continue selling the products going on backorder. Knowing these products would result in a 2-3 day fulfillment delay we used Hideship to hide our express shipping options if the customer had any of these items in their cart. Normally we go into a full code-freeze during BFCM, but this app gave us the confidence that we could make this critical change for the thousands of orders impacted.

I have been using Hideship for about 8 months now. The basic features I understood on my own were working very well. I came up with a new scenario that I needed to help find a way to offer free shipping AND discount on products for certain members. Fabio took a concerned interest in my business problem I was trying to solve. He even took the time to get on a call directly with me to walk through what my business issue was and work through options on how to solve them in this area. His guidance found me a solution that is doing exactly what I needed and I am extremely happy with the answer. Very impressive they he cared enough to take the time to work directly with me to understand the issue and help find resolutions for the issue. I would highly recommend this app if you are having issues with shopify's limitations with shipping methods. Well worth the small monthly fee, have more features than I knew about and does exactly what it says.
