I have been using Hideship for about 8 months now. The basic features I understood on my own were working very well. I came up with a new scenario that I needed to help find a way to offer free shipping AND discount on products for certain members. Fabio took a concerned interest in my business problem I was trying to solve. He even took the time to get on a call directly with me to walk through what my business issue was and work through options on how to solve them in this area. His guidance found me a solution that is doing exactly what I needed and I am extremely happy with the answer. Very impressive they he cared enough to take the time to work directly with me to understand the issue and help find resolutions for the issue. I would highly recommend this app if you are having issues with shopify's limitations with shipping methods. Well worth the small monthly fee, have more features than I knew about and does exactly what it says.

We use this app to implement quite a few complex dynamic delivery charges. When I faced an issue Fabio quickly looked into this and worked with his technical team to enable me to achieve the rules that I needed. Great experience!

This app is great; it does exactly what it promises! Moreover, it was recommended directly by the Shopify shipping panel, which is a big plus. Many apps promise to sync with Shopify, but once you pay, you discover that’s not the case. Fabio and the team were available from the first minute, and we managed to solve an issue I had for a long time: hiding Shopify rates at checkout without losing the API connection with Google Merchant.

HideShip is an app worth trying, even if at first glance it might seem unsuitable for your needs. Its user-friendly interface makes it intuitive to use and doesn't require much effort to understand. If you have any doubts, it's worth reaching out to their support team – Fabio and Andrea helped me adjust the display of delivery methods based on the variants in my store. The customer service deserves top marks. Keep up the great work! Thank you.

I’m on a higher plan, but the single customization feature on the paid plan only allows for 5 active customizations, while I need 7. Additionally, the advanced customization based on dates isn’t functioning, and there’s no way to contact support.

Great app, it helped us to restrict our shipping postcodes. When we had an issue with unforeseen postcodes being blocked they responded quickly and provided a solution through creating a new rule. Would definitely recommend.

I recently started using the HideShip app to help manage my collections, and I am thrilled with the experience so far.
