The app is completely unresponsive. I’m unable to enter my company or merchant details, and I also can’t access the settings. Please let me know how I can add my company/merchant information.

My merchant account (Reference #10671) has been pending approval for over two weeks, despite full compliance with all requirements and repeated follow-ups. This issue has escalated beyond a support-level matter. The repeated generic responses and missed deadlines demonstrate a systemic failure that has resulted in business suspension, financial losses, and reputational damage.
