I’ve had a really solid experience working with HyperSKU. I originally started working with Chloe when I first joined, and she did a really good job supporting my store from the beginning. I now work more closely with Fiona, who is more experienced, and the level of support has continued to be strong with both of them. They don’t just process orders, they also help with stock management, checking product quality, reviewing product pictures, and making sure everything being sent out meets expectations. They’ve also been very helpful in finding reliable suppliers and sourcing products that match exactly what I am looking for, even when I have very specific requirements. My needs are always taken seriously and they put in the effort to find proper solutions instead of just offering generic options. There have been a few issues here and there but what stands out is how quickly and effectively they respond and sort things out so my store keeps running smoothly without disruption. One thing I would like to see improved is more proactive communication when issues come up so we can stay ahead of them. Other than that, the support and consistency has been very strong. Overall it has been a valuable partnership and has made sourcing and fulfilment much easier to manage.
