Working with Hypersku was fine in the beginning for the first few months, but these last few weeks has been hell. Alex the account agent is ok but Suki is a living nightmare! She is not truthful, she screws up orders, I can go on and on of the damage she has caused. Because of her, I am highly considering not ever using Hypersku again!

HyperSKU helped me find products faster than hunting suppliers on my own. Catalog is big and pricing is clear. I did notice shipping times vary and one tracking update was delayed. Still its way easier to start dropshipping without headaches.

I've been using HyperSku for the last few months. They are amazing, particularly Rita. She is responsive and quick at answering queries. Products always ship on time. The team have been great at helping me source products.

Orders are constantly out of stock, and the tracking information for packages isn't updated. I have to keep asking before it updates. They also don't offer any solutions for sending the wrong order. I'm extremely disappointed.

Cheryl is wonderful ! She works even on her days off, or while waiting for a her flight to fulfill orders as quick as possible ! Mistakes are corrected with efficiency and immediately. I highly recommande HSKU.

Their page states an average delivery time of 10 days, but 30 days have passed since I placed my order and the package still hasn't arrived. When I contacted them for a solution, they gave vague replies, and even my refund request was rejected. This is the worst logistics service I've ever experienced.

The WORST fullfillment service you can ask for your business. I don't know where to start with.. endless delivery fails without taking responsibilty, they will charge you 15$ fee for a failed delivery, they don't even monitor the deliveries - YOU have to moniter each one! they CHANGED MY SUPPLIER without telling me so my customers got a DIFFERENT PRODUCT WHICH WAS WORSE, I found out by my self randomly when I saw the product price changed by a few cents. if I wrote all of the problems it would get so messy so I leave it simple and short - RUN AWAY FROM HYPERSKU.

Very, very satisfied. My contact person, Cheryl, is very accommodating and helpful. A very pleasant business relationship. The browser application is very well designed. I previously used AutoDS, and it did not convince me at all. Compared to HyperSKU, HyperSKU is ten times better in terms of fulfillment handling. HyperSKU is truly highly recommended.

The service is absolutely terrible. I submitted a product purchase request, but a full 10 days have passed and I still haven't received a response. I messaged to inquire about the progress, but customer support hasn't offered any solutions. If you want to stabilize your business, product procurement and shipping are crucial, but this app doesn't seem to be helping my business at all.

It took them a full 10 days to tell me the item was out of stock, even though they marked the order as shipped and uploaded the tracking number 3 days later. Furthermore, the inventory page for the item, color, and size consistently showed 5500 units available. This is completely unacceptable, and I had to apologize to the customer and issue a refund. The speed was outrageously slow. I have completely lost trust in them.
