Nice Integration, order process and so on, but the technology isn't the key factor for a Dropshipping Partner. Only the product catalog and the delivery speed is the base for a growing Dropshipping Business. Delivery Time is always 14 Days at minimum (to Germany for example). It's too long from my perspective, also if you communicate the delivery time at your shop. Nobody is waiting 14 Days for a normal product these days. Also if it's quite cheap. (Only my experience!) So my own experience after 6 months and no bashing, only real talk: Some Products they've listed are out of stock since months. The Stock Number is still at 99.999. Same with many variants of products. As I ask for the real Stock Inventory, they want to check my own store, if products, that I've imported from they're catalog are still available or not. So I had to refund many orders and to delete many products. I've no time to balance my Product Stock many times at my own, that's not the idea. I want to trust my Partner, that he will keep it's Stock Amount up to date and transparent. At least my "Agent" left the building and nobody was refunding my orders, so I also stop working this Dropshipping Partner.

I recently came in contact with the owner of Hypersku after seeing a podcast from him. I have been dropshipping for some time and wanted to start with bulk ordering from China. They guided me through the process and helped me out a lot with sourcing the products. They have many shipping options and the storage fees are not all too high. I am looking forward to working with them for a long time!

I've been using HyperSKU for almost three years, the company is growing fast and their service is really meticulous and professional. In particular, their ERP system is really the simplest and easiest to understand and operate of all the Apps I have used. I had only one store before, but with the careful help of their staff, now I have three shopify stores and two Woocommerce stores, and their staff will reply to my messages on weekends. I used CJ dropshipping before, but CJ's reply was always not timely. Maybe because I am not their important user. I have also used Zendrop, but Zendrop's paid plan is not worth it at all, and many of their US products are out of stock. I highly recommend HyperSKU, and I spoke with their CEO on the phone, which is incredible, and everyone on their staff is so friendly. I think I will continue to work with them. If you are looking for an efficient and technical dropshipping company, you can really give them a try. It feels like they're not only one person serve you, they're serving you as a team.but they cannot support overseas return service this is pity .

I moved to HyperSku for my fulfilment and I'm definitely glad I did. Communication/support has been great (Howard has been awesome). On top of that their prices are better than others and they'll communicate with suppliers directly to source your product and get you a good deal. The app also does everything you'd expect and I haven't had any issues with it.
