I have been using HyperSKU for more than 6 months now and I got to say it has been the best experience with any fulfillment agency I've ever had. My private agent - Bonnie is there for me 24/7 helping me build my brand by sourcing new products and arranging warehousing for my bulk orders. Shipping times are 5-8 days which most of the time comes to 5 days. Prices are for the most part great. I have yet to find a product for which a alibaba supplier offers lower rates than Bonnie. :)

my agent is helpful(jiana), but the only con is they don't ship on weekend, and sometime the shipping fee is high

The best feature that distinguishes HyperSKU from the competition is communication, which is crucial in developing a successful supply chain operation. Howard is easily accessible via WhatsApp. He responds immediately and is always willing to assist. The software is simple to use, and the ordering, virtual warehousing, and payment processes are intuitive. The actual delivery process itself felt seamless, which guarantees happy customers. They occasionally cannot deliver to certain places, which is not very often, but we still need a backup supply. I sincerely hope they expand their logistical choices in these places. I have been working with them for over 6 months. Support is always in touch. Moreover, leaders are also responsible. The only negative is that they do not have delivery to all countries. So I have to use the second application.
