Hypersku has helped my business tremendously and a huge factor in that was from my agent, Jarvan. Jarvan’s communication has been absolutely exceptional as he quickly works with me to resolve any problems that I have. I truly couldn’t thank him enough.

Worst app ever !! bad customer service !! processing time is so slow !! shipping never arrive in time ! orders got cancelled always ! if you want to ruin your business download it !

my agent is helpful(jiana), but the only con is they don't ship on weekend, and sometime the shipping fee is high

The best feature that distinguishes HyperSKU from the competition is communication, which is crucial in developing a successful supply chain operation. Howard is easily accessible via WhatsApp. He responds immediately and is always willing to assist. The software is simple to use, and the ordering, virtual warehousing, and payment processes are intuitive. The actual delivery process itself felt seamless, which guarantees happy customers. They occasionally cannot deliver to certain places, which is not very often, but we still need a backup supply. I sincerely hope they expand their logistical choices in these places. I have been working with them for over 6 months. Support is always in touch. Moreover, leaders are also responsible. The only negative is that they do not have delivery to all countries. So I have to use the second application.

Terrible support. Order never arrived and did not get refunded yet even though I requested almost 2 weeks ago.

Responsive and communicative. At first had some struggles and growing pains but amazing service. Very responsive. Very helpful. Help find and source anything you need as well as customizing products. You name it. Shipping is also done deceptively quickly, which is very crucial and keeps customers happy. Jiana is my Agent and she is working hard and doing her best. Ever since Jiana is not personally involved anymore things have slowed down considerably. Wrong shipping costs and wrong shipping weight and wrong item sourcing. An extra wait time of 1-2 weeks for orders because of sloppy work means that I cannot recommend this to anyone. Edit: no variants mapping and severely unfreindly and unhelpful service.

Had a bad experience with another shipping agent and a colleague of mine connected me with Jane from Hyper Sku. She immediately was very helpful and service minded with me. Had products what were late with shipping and she managed to fix express delivery on them with no extra cost for me. The app is very great aswell. The dashboard provides features like adding your own products, sourcing, choosing shipping options, and making your own invoices to just name a few. It is easy to use at most and whenever I need help with anything, Jane and her team responds very quickly. HyperSku has helped me take my dropshipping to the next level and they deserve all the praise they can get and very warm recommendation from me.
