The best fulfillment partner i had yet. Cheryl onboarded me and always makes sure that things are working out fine. Overall i am very happy with hypersku, i was added to a group chat where several employees take care of my orders, requests, always answering all messages quickly and offering me the best possible solutions.

So far I'm very satisfied with HyperSKU. They can find you any product you'd like or help you create your own for the best price. They help with all the problems that occur with customers as much as they can. Shipping is also quite fast, and even if delays occur, they help you resolve them as quickly as possible. Plus they offer some bonuses if you manage to hit certain goals. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start an e-com store, as they don't require a minimum order amount to start working with them.

Initially, I thought HyperSKU was the best choice for my business, but now they've greatly disappointed me. Their efficiency is extremely low: inventory information isn't updated, and they only casually tell me the product is out of stock many days after I place an order—even though they said there was always plenty of stock before we started working together!

Very reliable partner, I got teamed up with an agent called Eliza she gave us very good service form day one. Even if we didn't get the best results the first 2 months she gave us the time and service for us to have the time to succeed with our stores. I couldn't be more than happy and I recomend everybody to start to work with hypersku. They have branding services fast shipping, find the best prices and 24/7 support. What else can you ask for. :)
