I've had a fantastic experience using the HyperSKU App. The onboarding process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Elsie, who went above and beyond to support me. Elsie's dedication to customer service is remarkable; she was incredibly responsive, even on her days off. This level of support made a significant difference, ensuring I could make the most of the app's features. Highly recommend HyperSKU for their excellent service and user-friendly platform.

I have been searching for a new dropshipping fulfillment platform for quite a while because I dislike some business processes of the platform I am currently working with. I decided to try out HyperSKU and engaged with Victor. I was surprised by the service and the speed of sourcing. The sourcing was super fast. While this app/dropshipper may have a lot of products at reasonable prices, their items do not provide the following, much needed info, upfront: Size Chart, Description of the product (including material), or Care of the item. They give you the option to find out where it came from and gather the information yourself or you could search the internet for a similar item to get your info or to create a template... But that task is on you. I'm afraid that there are so many other Dropshipping providers out there that include these basic (and much needed) things for us operating a store with many products. I have decided to look elsewhere as I don't have that kind of time or energy to put into 1 product, never mind 20 - 30.
