Great customer support. This app is just what was needed to have the site load faster and perform better.

I highly recommend Hyperspeed for your Shopify store. Not only has the speed of our entire website increased (decreased loading times) significantly, but the support offered by Alex was above and beyond! Alex was quick to help out with any questions that I had and even took time to add additional code to our theme to improve speed even more. If your site is sluggish then I would definitely install Hyperspeed! You'll love it and your conversion rate will likely see an increase due to performance.

Hyperspeed does what it promises. I saw a 25-20% increase I load times after installing. I also had the pleasure of being in contact with Alexander in regards to some optimizations for existing apps and it was a great experience, he has been very helpful and understanding of what I needed to do in order to add further improvements.

Definitely the best functionality among speed optimization apps I have seen. The only app I have seen with critical CSS inlining. Would have saved me days or weeks if I had found this earlier. Does about everything you can do to speed up a Shopify site.

Hi there, at first, I couldn't improve our speed with the app. But Alexander Lam our assistant in Hyperspeed, fixed a couple of things manually and that help. Thans a lot for assistance and solutions :)

This app slowed my store loading down You have changed my shop source code which is not allowed by shopify. Even after deleting your app your script remained in my theme code which I had to remove. What a crappy app. Buyer beware.
Hi there, we provide a 'Remove Theme Changes' button on the top left of Hyperspeed to remove all of our changes! Please use this before uninstallation to restore your store to how it previously was. For the custom optimizations which I did for you, these can't be removed automatically unfortunately. I'd be happy to remove them for you by hand though. I'd just need a staff account for [email protected] with theme permissions. In terms of your store speed, I've checked the 24 audits we run on your store and Hyperspeed had improved its total loading time by 10.95%! Total byte weight was also reduced by 27.38%. Please keep in mind individual audits can be extremely variable. Using averages helps give a better comparison of your real speed. If you'd like to give Hyperspeed another try, please feel free to install it again and I'd be happy to get you those improvements again.

I used this app and it increased the page speed so much! The support is really helpful and friendly. I can really recommend it. Maybe the pricing is a little bit expensive but there is no app as good as this one.

The support from these guys is phenomenal. After solving my query, Alex went above and beyond and took time out to help me make the website even faster and even removed some junk files left behind by deleted apps. I've never seen a Shopify app provide this much amount of support. Highly recommend.

I've been using this app for a long time without the Lazy Load feature turned on and that alone made my site faster. I just turned on the Lazy Load feature and wow, this is much faster. I needed tech support on the Lazy Load only because I had not used the feature and have had the app for over a year. The tech support guy fixed it right away even though it was night time at their end. This app continuously monitors for changes in CSS, js, code changes, photo uploads, etc and optimizes your site automatically depending on what you have selected to be monitored. You do not have to use every feature, but I am and it working great. There is a preview mode so you can check your entire store out before you implement any changes. I highly recommend this app!

The ONLY minification app that does css html minifier, javscript, and image compression you need, where you have quick and reliable support. I tried the other apps out there this one is the BEST out there (the other optimization apps either only does image compression or just mess up my shopify website coding).

Very great app, you need it if you have a site! This app cut my site speed in half within 2 hours, support is almost always online and helpful! Alex is the best! He helped me thoroughly throughout a month to get my site speed perfect! Highly recommended!

This app is comprehensive and adjust site speed correctly not only for users, but Google and the other search engines as well. Very good and fast support. Recommended,
