I've been using Hyper Speed for about 55 days now, and while I initially faced some challenges, I’m happy to say that my issues have been resolved. The Pagespeed improvement is noticeable, and their team eventually responded to my support request and provided a satisfactory solution. Though there were some delays initially, the app has proven to be effective. If you’re considering it, give their support team a chance—they do come through!

This is app is a rocket. I tried several things, even fiverr. With ok results but this app is awesome, for us its a game changer and i totally recommend it. maybe it feels a little bit too expensive but the result is really good.
Developers were super great and took the time to look individually at our store. A+++ service if you need to speed things up. Ultimately we were unable to use the app, didn't work for us, but really appreciate them. Highly recommend.

plug and play - the team are sooooo soo helpful and pretty much did everything for me. we have a lot of custom code that was previously failing to load but all such issues have now gone and page load speed has increased significantly. Special thanks to Alex for his support with the set up.

I came to them with a problem with the Cumulative Layout Shift and left them with a problem with the speed optimization. My website speed is now 50 on mobile and 58 on desktop. When I came to them my website speed was 94 on mobile and 99 on desktop. I was lucky that I made a duplicate theme. I do not recommend this company to anyone !!!
Sorry for the confusion! To clarify, the PageSpeed score was so high because someone had added code to trick PageSpeed into reporting that the site is faster than it is. The code was deliberately hidden so it's hard to find, but it checks if PageSpeed is looking at the store and won't load some of the website if it is. Unfortunately, fooling PageSpeed like this doesn't help with SEO or conversions. Only actual load times matter for search rankings and sales. This code makes the site slower as it uses outdated JavaScript that blocks the page load. This technique is called cloaking and can result in penalties from Google. Shopify also warns against these practices in their article here - https://performance.shopify.com/blogs/blog/don-t-get-scammed-by-fake-performance-experts-and-apps We cleaned up this deceptive code from the theme in order to actually speed up the store and to ensure Google does not penalize it. While this meant that the PageSpeed audit scores dropped, this is because the real speed was being shown, and not the fake score. Please let us know if you decide to reinstall the app and we'd be happy to optimize it again!
It really made this investment worthwhile. We are very pleased with the plugin and the manual work by a great customer service agent. Our Score is now better than ever and I can strongly recommend this. Very, very impressed. I checked with webcoders, they would charge at approx 3000 USD to solve our problems. I'm happy to say that this plugin solved it for us, without the need of expensive consultants. Faisal that helped us with the last bit's really nailed it. World Class!
This is one of those apps that I wouldn't run a shopify store without. Alex is always available to help ensure you've configured the settings correctly. Using Hyperspeed has resulted in increased conversions, faster load speed, and better search rankings. If you're hesitant, I'd try it for the trial period and watch your load speeds and conversions increase over the week.
Our company has only been using Hyperspeed for about a month; through this app, we have been able to correct errors on our site in less than 24 hours. The customer service is fast, reliable, and extremely helpful. Orlando not only adjusted aspects of our site to optimize it properly after updates but also helped to increase our site speed and offered solutions to maintain it. Our team would highly recommend this company.
Our site had a noticeably faster loading speed after installing the app. Although it caused some issues at the beginning but the support team was really fast and helpful to solve all the issues very promptly.

Took my site from a 49 to a 70 on the Shopify score! Images still look great, site is fast! Had to do some custom CSS coding and completed it quickly. I will happily keep this app.
Okay. So, was suuuper skeptical as I have tried other similar apps and services with no measurable results. Installed the app, followed their additional recommendations in the help section of the app, reached out to support for a couple tweaks which were taken care of immediately. Speed score in Shopify has gone from 29 to 71.
