Hyperspeed is an amazing app it helps speed up and optimize the website without paying for a heavy developer to optimize your theme and it lets you select the options you would like to keep which makes it so much easier to optimize any store! I actually broke my theme, it said an expert will fix the theme within 24 hours and it wasn't even 10 minutes and a hyperspeed developer fixed the theme!

It does not fulfill all of its promises. I'm still fighting with Java scripts and Contentful Paint. I think this problem should be fixed by Google, but they won't.

I installed this app a few days ago because my store speed was at a horrible 29. After installing this app more score speed jumped up to 33. I reached out to the Hyperspeed app support to see what else could be done and they responded immediately with additional changes and recommendations for me. Because of their fast and very helpful support, my speed score went from 29 three days ago to 44 as of today. What a great improvement. On top of this, I really like the fact that the app makes a preview of your theme to review and ensure everything is working correctly before you actually make any permanent changes. I am hoping that I can continue to work with their support to keep increasing my store speed but I am extremely happy with the app and customer support so far.

This app is amazing! After installing Hyperspeed, our site speed increased dramatically! Our desktop speed went from 43 to 97! Our mobile speed increased from 19 to 49 and we are thrilled! We did have a few minor issues with a pop-up for our newsletter causing freezing on mobile. But after an email to support, the issue was resolved quickly... very quickly! Support is amazing as well! Alex even diagnosed another problem that was present before we added his app, and offered a solution for us! That just blew my mind!! That level of customer support is so rare nowadays... I am super happy with this app!! Now, Mellow Mammals (mellowmammals.com) is starting to get more eyeballs! Check out our site if you want to see an example of a site happily using this app!

I was on the fence about this app for a minute. After the first theme changes were published, some of the images on my collections pages disappeared and our PageSpeed barely moved at all. But after reaching out to a lot of my concerns. We figured out that since my theme already had LazyLoad, implemented it twice was causing the image glitch. We turned it off in the app and that brought our images back. Orlando did some more digging around a found a few ways to increase our PageSpeed score (currently at 44 up from 22). We're still working on it, but I'm much more comfortable keeping the app in place knowing I have competent tech team behind the curtain.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN APP THAT OUTPERFORMS ALL OTHERS- THIS IS IT! The store was flatlining on GT Metrix 12hrs ago on a score of E with honestly embarrassing figures & vitals all in the red. I downloaded this app this morning, and it is now 6.00 pm- I have just retested it in the last 10 minutes, and the results speak for themselves... GT Metrix Grade of- A Performance- 95% Structure- 95% ALL web vitals are now well into the green! I am honestly blown away... Don't waste your money on the other apps- they just don't work; this is the one you want. I'm sold and will never remove this app from my store! Thank you guys so much! I am really pleased with my store, which hasn't occurred very often since migrating here a year ago.

This app is really useful, the support has been so helpful as well I had an issue with the app for deferring scripts and they quickly went in and resolved it. I use it on all my client's websites.

I have had an amazing experience with Hyperspeed so far. The app is smart, powerful, and capable of doing things that a lot of other similar apps cannot do. I particularly like how 'safe' the app is. You always have the ability to roll back the optimisations, and there are warning messages all over the place to make sure you don't do anything stupid. Customer support has been superb so far, too.

I strongly do not recommend this app. All the images from the product collection disappeared and when I uninstalled their code, not a single image came back...
