I L.O.V.E this app not only has it helped my website the people of this app go above and beyond for you. Alex is truly my hero and has helped more than I could ever say thank you for. My business is now running better Alex even fits the bugs happening in my code, STOP LOOKING FOR PAGE SPEED APPS THIS IS IT.

I have had an amazing experience with Hyperspeed so far. The app is smart, powerful, and capable of doing things that a lot of other similar apps cannot do. I particularly like how 'safe' the app is. You always have the ability to roll back the optimisations, and there are warning messages all over the place to make sure you don't do anything stupid. Customer support has been superb so far, too.

I strongly do not recommend this app. All the images from the product collection disappeared and when I uninstalled their code, not a single image came back...
Sorry to hear about the experience you've had! We've investigated and it looks like Hyperspeed was uninstalled during the code removal process. After clicking Remove Theme Changes, it can take a couple minutes to finish cleaning the store. As uninstallation prevents us from accessing the store, Hyperspeed wasn't able to complete the code removal process to fix your images. Safety is our first priority, which is why we've added a preview system to allow our optimizations to be checked before anything is published. Unfortunately, not every optimization works perfectly with every theme as optimizing code can result in errors. In this case, it looks like LazyLoad wasn't compatible with the collection images which caused the issue. I've gotten in touch personally to help fix up any remaining issues! Great app with even better support. Has help our site speed right away. Support is quick to respond and beyond great. With a customer theme, Alex has helped a lot with making sure Hyperspeed works with our store. Highly recommend.

I used this app to resolve speed issues with my site, the team were very supportive helping me work through issues. The end results were a much faster site with Google page speed scores highly improved (from poor to good)

I tried this app based on the other good reviews, and they were all correct. This app works, and the customer service is excellent. Alex reached out to me right away and helped me to get my settings dialed in without delay. I highly recommend this app.

Like many new store owners, I discovered that my page load speed was subpar at the start. I tried multiple things to improve the load time and stumbled upon this app. I feel like the store loads much faster on both desktop and mobile, and I love that the app includes JS deferrals, caching of pages and compressing of photos. Having this app has helped my store significantly and I would definitely recommend adding it to your core app selection.

A must have. I have had this app for a few months now. The initial boost to my page speed was great, but as I have developed my site it is the ongoing support which is truly amazing. Really quick responses whenever I need help (normally due to having made a change, added an app or similar), and often with an improvement made instantly. Perfect!

Definite upgrade in speed for my site. I ran into one unique issue on a specific browser only on iphone. I reached out to support and Alex solved my issue efficiently and quickly. This is the type of customer service you always hope you're gonna find. All is well now and definitely a worthy app.
