I liked that the cusotmer support was fast and intentional in reaching out. They reached out multiple times to ensure that my query was resolved.

Best cart app for us so far, has a lot of funtionalities. However, I hate that sudden bugs appear sometimes and then the cart doesn't work at all. We've had this a couple of times so far, making it not very reliable. Luckily the support responds fast and most of the times they fix it quick.

They solved my problem really quick because they assumed my POS orders as iCart orders, but after talking to their chat everything went alright!!

Very good app and customizations available. I recommend it. Unfortunately it is not possible to auto-update the cart if you offer specific or particular upsells. They're working on it.

Consigliata: a mio avviso, miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo rispetto alle altre applicazioni simili. Non lascio la quinta stella per qualche piccolo bug qua e là. Cinque stelle al servizio clienti e ad Hemadri che ha risolto un grosso problema nel codice del tema anche se non era causato da questa applicazione! Shopify se n'era totalmente lavato le mani...

Buena app y rapido servicio de soporte. Lo que añadiría es la posibilidad de limpiar el codigo una vez que la app no se este usando ya que el app realentece un poco la velocidad de carga y además nos ha pasado que aún desactivando un descuento la app lo seguía aplicando automáticamente. De todas formas el servicio siempre nos ayudo a solucionarlo, pero son cosas que si hubiera la posibilidad de limpiar el codigo desde algun botón esto no pasaría.

Very helpful & quick customer customer support. I had an increase of sales of a companion low cost product. It would pay to add app to a copy of your live theme first to understand how it works. It was too easy to add a global discount on all sales ( buy in next xx mins) by not knowing how it worked

So far the app seems to be working well but I'm yet to test properly. Customer Service has been fantastic though and every issue has been addressed
very helpful and quick assistance service. very easy to customize. Thanks to Chandni for replying so fast.
We are a florist and homewares boutique that offers local delivery with selected delivery times and dates. This app has worked really well in providing shipping, local delivery & shipping options for my customers. I also use the iCart add on which works really well to upsell complimentary items and the addition of a card message. I sometimes have had technical issues that need attention however with persistence and communication identixweb have resolved and improved their apps.

Had a few hiccups with the initial set up but the staff we quick to step in a remedy any issues I had straightaway. The app has been working good ever since. Recommend giving this app a go. :)
