We chose the free plan but the APP still charged the money. We have tried to contact the support team but they did no solve it. Bad experience

If you're looking for a powerful upsell solution with extensive customization options and an exceptional support team, I highly recommend this app! The best cart you can probably have. I had a fantastic experience with icart and their support team, especially Manoj! I was setting up an upsell offer and ran into a couple of challenges regarding product variant and replacing an existing product with spell variant product. Manoj was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient and providing clear guidance to help me get everything set up properly. What really stands out about iCart is the number of customizations available in the editor. The app is incredibly flexible, allowing for tailored upsell strategies that fit my business needs. On top of that, the support team provides help on work with product upsells, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Great app. had a small issue that needed to be resolved, and I got an answer and solution in literarily less than 2 minutes from Ankur. It has a lot of functions you can customize each option. Support team gave me great service and answered my questions. Team even offered to get on a call with me and walk me through the steps to fix my cart upsell widget.

A great app for the cart and very reliable and helpful support. I had problems with the translation of iCart with Weglot. Support immediately made the appropriate settings in Weglot (Dynamic Elements).

I started Icart last month, and it has a great option to set up a discount on every step. It also offers upsells. It's the best cart app for a Ecom store.

If you are running google ads or other ads, you must give this app a try. Majority of "Sticky shopping cart" apps cannot track "Check-out" button conversion. But this app can track Check-out action conversion which is very important for ads optimization. We were using another free app, but it could not track conversion. Tried couple of paid ones, surprisingly not all the paid app can track conversion. So, this is good. Customer support is also helpful.

Worked well until today... Impossible for my customers to add to cart on mobile. And impossible to download the app again! Please correct this because your app was great!

1. We incurred a loss of 30K USD. We discovered this after customer complaints: the cart drawer is not responsive and so small and does not work on some devices. 2. There are no cart drawer design templates, and the CSS is insufficient. 3. The UI/UX is not user-friendly. 4. The company does not have enough employees, and only junior developers are available. 5. No one speaks English; translation into Hindi is required. 6. It is not compatible with other applications. Custom JS needs to be added for "add to cart" triggers, which is not the case with other applications. 7. It does not automatically fetch custom attributes or options, whereas other applications do.

Also, have some who designed the cart to match their branding via CSS code based on their knowledge. We help those businesses in the CSS to match branding if they have insufficient knowledge in CSS. 3. You said this without knowing the numbers. 😅 How could you say that we have only junior developers? We do not give direct contact to our app developers because they are occupied in the company work and you have always been asking for the developer when you contacted us. 5. No one speaks English; translation into Hindi is required. ➝ We have served thousands of our app customers in the English language and all are happy with the support provided to them. You can read them in the app reviews as well. Nobody has mentioned they have any trouble in the conversation with our support team except you. 6. It is not compatible with other applications. Custom JS needs to be added for "add to cart" triggers, which is not the case with other applications. ➝ Every app has a different flow and code instruction for their app. If you find any issues, you might contact our support team for further investigation and solutions. I can see past reports where our team has always been able to provide integration support and has done a couple of integrations too with other third-party apps. This is the best cart drawer I've come across. I've explored many drawer apps on Shopify, and this one truly stands out. It's simple, easy to use, and lightweight. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with Orichi - Bundle Volume Discount, offering a fantastic free bundle. Both are excellent tools, and I'm really impressed with their performance.

Best cart app for us so far, has a lot of funtionalities. However, I hate that sudden bugs appear sometimes and then the cart doesn't work at all. We've had this a couple of times so far, making it not very reliable. Luckily the support responds fast and most of the times they fix it quick.
