Disappointed, removing app after years of use, to try something else with better service.
Hi Ellie, We’re truly sorry that your experience ended with disappointment after so many years of using our app. The recent issue occurred during the image renaming process and was delayed by the large number of images and a few unexpected technical errors. Our app has been running reliably for years, and we’re very sorry that this rare situation caused frustration. We’ve already made improvements to prevent similar issues and to communicate updates more clearly in the future.
