I have never had an issue with Impact before. They have always been really great but this situation is beyond frustrating. I had an old legacy account that Impact no longer services and was told I needed to shut down that account. After the holidays we began the shut down and spoke with someone about having a new account within shopify. Well 4 weeks later Impact have not closed our legacy account and we can't open a new one so now affiliates have been waiting for 4 weeks?? All I get is someone will respond but nothing. No help from tech, customer service just nothing. I am guessing Impact no longer cares... As of 2/19/25 - Our old account still has not been deleted - Nothing has been done all we get it will be fixed ASAP now 5 weeks later?

This is an early review as we have not been fully integrated as of yet (fully using the product) however, the experience has been pretty good thus far.

Impact has helped us & our team GREATLY! Managing affiliates is more direct & transparent, while displaying the analytics we require, to make informed decisions. Simple & quick installation with the platform being very user-friendly (which we love in this day & age). The support team is also amazing since day 1, this helps a ton because our industry is changing so fast every week!

I have loved using IMPACT to manage our affiliate program. The team was super communicative during the onboarding process and the interface of the platform is user friendly making any migration as seamless as possible. I definitely would recommend using the platform for any affiliate needs.

Impact was very responsive and proactive during the contract signing and implementation stages. However, after using the service for over a month, I changed my mind. Once the contract is signed, Impact doesn't seem to care about its customers. I raised a minor issue with email synchronization a month ago and asked Impact to resolve it, but it remains unresolved until now.

Impact has made our paylay into affiliate marketing very seamless. Its really comprehensive and tracking all our outside publishers. The reporting and features are very extensive, its so many that I feel like we have not touched all features yet. . We use impact throughout the day and I find the customer support team very prompt and helpful with any issues we may have. Our account manager is very active and always ready to lend a hand to support us.

We had a great experience with our sales rep, Matt - and our onboarding team was just as helpful in getting us live in less than a week (despite my setup mistakes). Platform is intuitive and easy to integrate.

Great support from Impact to get our integration finalised. I don't have a straight forward store and needed extra support from their tech team to confirm it was setup correctly.
