Very excited to start with impact.com. The platform sees easy to use and they have a lot of great publishers and influencers in there to work with that we are excited about.

We shifted from Partnerize to Impact and have never looked back. The direct integration means we no longer have to manually pass back transaction approvals, the platform is user-friendly and our account has great support.

Just getting started on Impact.com but the platform is very easy to use and the set up process has been very simple. I believe we will be able to achieve a lot of success utilizing this application.

Overpriced. They lock you into 12 month contracts. Low quality affiliates in their marketplace. We started getting fraudulent orders for the first time in 6 years after signing up. I think if you're a large brand simply looking for a way to manage your existing affiliate payments, this would be adequate software, but you could certainly find a cheaper alternative on the Shopify app store if that's all you wanted. If you're looking to drive actual revenue from their affiliate partners, look elsewhere. So far this has been a huge loss of ROI for us. Wish we could cancel but they won't let us. We are not at all happy and they are forcing us to pay for this for another 9 months. Clearly a company that cares more about it's own bottom line than any customer satisfaction. Find an alternative.

Low quality affiliates and fraudulent orders are not the expected experience on our platform, and we understand why that could cause frustration with the length of your contract. Fraud is something that we take very seriously, and we'd like to review these affiliates and orders in detail with you. To clarify our contract lengths - impact.com offers a month-to-month option for our Starter Edition, starting at $30/month for Shopify merchants. Our Essential and Pro tiers do come with 12-month contracts, and we do our best to be as transparent as possible about those terms during our sales process.
Impact is really user-friendly, and the help documents they provide are a great resource! I've learned so much about Impact and affiliate marketing in general thanks to these resources. Their support teams have been great (shout out to Taryn for all the help as we've been onboarding) and have been a huge help in getting us ready to launch.

Biggest and best affiliate platform available for businesses serious about opening up a new marketing and traffic channel for their Shopify store. Extremely user-friendly compared to other affiliate software and the Shopify setup was a breeze. 10s of affiliates applied to join our program on day 1 of going live.

Just finished onboarding process and am thus far pleased with how efficient and easy it is to connect to Shopify!! A big plus for small business owners who do not have a in-house tech team. Taryn was my onboarding specialist and she was lovely to speak with as well.
