pH Select review for Shopify Inbox

Newest update caused many issues. Chat for customers won't load all the time when pressed on it for mobile. Now shows a product recommendation on chat and it seems like it is the only and same for everyone. This product recommendation doesn't help those that have landing pages as it can pull customers away from what they are reading and be distracting. Since it is recommending the same products for everyone, it becomes useless for those that are not interested in that product causing a disconnect.
