Very basic, not at all built out. There's no option to export your chat history to be able to analyze what questions are commonly asked to create your instant answers from that data. Also - Shopify "Magic" is anything BUT. It's supposed to use AI to generate suggested Instant Answers for your store...but clearly it just scanned our website to come up with them rather than view our chat history and commonly asked questions. Definitely not well built out. If you need any actual support chat capabilities, you need something else!
