its good, only problem is you cant copy/past images and links....very annoying when trying te help a customer

무료로서는 너무좋습니다. 그래도 폰트 크기 조절만 가능했더라면 더 좋았을텐데 쪼금 아쉬워서 별3개만 드립니다. 나머지는 딱히 불편하것 없이 잘 사용중입니다.

1) Has unoptimized JavaScript which slows down site loading 2) Lacks integration with Knowledge Base 3) Can only configure one contiguous available time span per day 4) Can't integrate chats from multiple stores Still, not bad for a free app.

The app works great, but I need to be able to (automatically) translate instant answers to customers language (i.e. Dutch for Dutch customers etc). Please implement this, thank you!

not bad so far, but it should show the page or product your customer is messaging about, very often do i get customers asking me about products but i have no clue which ones they are talking about

I really do not get any nptiofications on this app or alot of inbox from my customers from Shopify Inbox. I really do npt know too much about it and wouldlike to know more about it and how to utilize it more for my customers.

Auto generated answers are not accurate, and there really isn't any way to fix that. Better than nothing, but it's worth paying for a real inbox app.

It's really glitchy. There is no doubt that it is a powerful conversion tool, but it's far too glitchy with messages not loading or coming through instantly, meaning the customer drops off whilst waiting for a response. The AI auto messaging feature is also poor, if you start typing a message, the AI auto message feature will then completely overwrite your message.

A little glitchy and often does not load, forcing one to log in to Shopify to access the app. Time-consuming! When it works smoothly, it is excellent and allows me to have real-time conversations with customers. But it still needs work to function smoothly and consistently. The phone app on Android is especially temperamental.

It's good to keep you updated on customer inquiries and having the chat option on your website is a great feature. The AI suggestions need a bit of work and it can be annoying when the AI takes over generating a response when all you want to do is quickly reply - you have to wait till it generates a reply (which is often wrong), delete it, then type your actual response. It would be nice if we could stop the generated response on demand.

So far so great - now to see if it works - I am reasonably sure it will - the hitch will be how often I can check it and follow up. More stars with more time. Your online assistant was also very helpful. R.

répond bien a l'appel, dés fois je reçois des messages en décaler l'aprés midi alors que la cliente nous a écrie le matin.
