The reason I like it is that visitors seem to be more inclined to use chat than call on the phone, so we are able to engage them more readily. The chatbot is also learning well, however it still cannot handle images. However, when using an Android phone, the chat does not immediately show up. This is a problem with other Shopify features as well.
