Pro: I love the functionality of it it's easy to use interface on my desktop and phone. I like that I can attach multiple items, which is great for me since I send proofs for approval for every order. Cons: 1. The saved quick reply options has too low of a character limit. 2. I hate that conversations expire! 3. I hate all the spam emails I get that seems to be connected to the app. 4. I wish I could initiate a conversation with someone who submitted an order, rather than need them to reach out first.
