Open Ministry review for Shopify Inbox

Was much better before they required "new" customer accounts, now we get hundreds of just "Shop Visitors" even if the customer is logged in and they contact us it says that. It costs us 4x the man hours to try and help our customers, it used to email them if they were offline, but now "unless" the customer comes back on the same browser they will never see the reply. This is so wasteful, it was much better the way it was, much much better before they decided to forced shop owners into using the "shopify" AI, which is riddled with misinformation and inaccurate responses for our customers.
