This application functions exactly as expected, as is our experience with all that Shopify does. It assists with a fast, additional / separate communication channel between business email and chat, is customizable with regards to hours, online and offline messaging, etc., includes direct linking to products, client information, orders and more, and is accessible from multiple devices.
