RGBCARPARTS review for Shopify Inbox

App is good, but I can't wrap my head around why such forward thinking company as Shopify don't have an API, don't allow to respond by email. I want to use my agent to manage my customer service not yours. This is multichannel world and I do have my own trained agent and I don't need yours.
