Getting notifications but they are silent. Any chance of adding sound with reminders? How about a pop too.

For mobile notifications or mobile reminders (https://bit.ly/3sURAij), such as on iOS or Android devices, you can enable the sounds or the pop-up banner style for Shopify Inbox through the device's Notification settings.
