Super easy to set up and like the follow up emails. The custom messages (quick replies & instant answers) are great as we have a very niche business. It would be nice to see our visitors in real-time via Shopify Inbox (our previous chat app had this feature). Also, any way you can add a document upload? Currently, you only offer an image

In terms of uploading documents or images to your Shopify Inbox messages, this is not possible at this time.
