Vicary Plant Spares review for Shopify Inbox

I like this app, it has landed me some good sales one way or another. Its a good way to start a conversation with a customer. My only problem with it is that it needs to have an option to block fake users. I nearly removed the app as I was getting spammed with suspicious links from what was clearly a bot. It has stopped for now though.
