This app only supports basic event tracking for Google Ads, and the integration with Google Analytics 4 is very limited—only rudimentary events are available, so full GA4 functionality is not supported. Setting up the Google Ads integration is overly complicated for non-technical users, and despite multiple attempts, I was unable to get it working. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.
Sorry to hear that. However, after our developer's review, we found that your theme does not follow Shopify's coding guidelines. As a result, Infinite Pixel Tracking cannot function properly on themes that aren't built according to Shopify's standard structure.

The call with Fatima was helpful to solve my issue with container in GTM. Thanks! Editing my review because once things got even a little bit technical their support team was not capable at all, they didn't even seem to understand english very well.
