Fatima was super duper helpful!!!! I dont know about other people in her team, but is the only person you should go to. Sorry to keep you busy ;) She is the only person I would talk to for any technical support. Don't let her fool you by saying she is only customer support, she is much more <3

Iqra is so nice, kind and professional. She is one of the best and has a great personality. She is clear with her communication. She guided me with clarity. It was easy to follow her guidance. She was very patient and understanding. She did not get irritated at any point. She will make sure you are taken care of. She made sure that I can always get in touch with the team if I need it. She surely knows all the tech stuff very well. Wonderful person! Fatima was also helpful. She was the first point of contact a day before. she guided me through the Google Meet step-by-step process. She is knowledgable and knows what she is doing.
