So far I love it, once you get the hang of uploading the items its very simple and quick, so I am pleased with this app for courses.

I was having issues trying to figure out the app and I emailed support... within 5 minutes the team responded and IMMEDIATELY resolved my issues. They went above and beyond to fix my issues and because my internet was slow, they allowed me to send them my file and they were able to upload it faster for me! Super impressed! Thank you!!!

Nous utilisons cette application depuis l'ouverture de la boutique pour proposer de la formation en ligne à nos clients. L'application s'intègre parfaitement à la boutique et les accès sont extrêmement intuitifs pour nos clients dès l'achat du produit. L'application et sans doute toute jeune et au tout début nous avons rencontré quelques MAJ pouvant bloquer la formation quelques heures, mais l'équipe d'Inflowkit est extrêmement réactive et trouve toujours une solution à nos problèmes.
Merci. Nous continuerons à améliorer nos services pour rendre votre expérience plus fluide et plus prévisible à l'avenir.

This application is very good, I am using it to subscribe to exclusive content and soon for courses, it is easy to use, and what I liked the most is the support team, we scheduled a meeting via zoom and they clarified all my doubts! Thank you!!!!

Some of the features don't work, specifically the ones that help personalize the page (colors, fonts, etc). Customer service is not readily available and is not available at the hours shown on their support website. I scheduled a meeting with them (through their website) and they didn't show up (I waited for 40 minutes). I am looking for better alternatives.
Hi Jandi, Thank you for the feedback. Apologies for the missed meeting, it was due to a mistake on our part. It is not a usual occurrence. For later reference, to get theme features to work you need to refresh your page for changes to the theme be applied. Some times the page gets cached and it may seem like updates don't take effect. Vi använder Inflowkit för att skapa digitala utbildningar och kommer framöver även skapa en bokklubb. Appen gör det mesta vi letar efter och det som saknas är de öppna för att vidareutveckla. Kundtjänsten är väldigt bra - de svarar snabbt, hjälper gärna till och efterfrågar löpande tips på hur de kan bli bättre.

I love this app. It has allowed me to make my user experience seamless when it comes to my classes and courses. Before I had to sync another platform which meant my customers had to log on in to another site. Now my clients can stay on my site to access all the content for my classes. The integration with zoom is great. Not only does it send reminders for the meetings. After the meeting is completed the recording is immediately accessible to the platform. No more downloading and uploading for future review. I cannot wait to see what new features come. Customer support has been great. I was able to save time and money by switching to inflow kit.

I am using this app to help scale in business as I am learning all that this app provides in the efforts to scale business is amazing. Very simple set up and connections the support team is excellent in working with me as I am working on ideas for the best usage of the app. I love starting with companies from the ground floor as the growth process is so amazing and I have done it now with a few companies and the outcome is just simply amazing to be part of a great team all routing for one another's success. I look forward to building a working relationship that will grow for many years to come.

I've been using this app for a monthly membership and I am enjoying it thus far. I love that I can take recordings and upload them for my members, and I can drip content to them as well. I did have some trouble setting up, but the InflowKit team was a great help and they got me situated. I really appreciate how they recorded a video for me so that I can utilize when I create more memberships and have user ease.

Great app. Responsive developers. Integration with my Shopify listings is seemless and the dashboard customers use is intuitive and easy to navigate (thus reducing customer service for me). App gets regular updates that continue to improve the service, highly recommend!

Truly incredible customer service!!! There is no issue that they wont help with and they truly understand whats required and provide good timelines. The app itself is very very good and is far superior to others we've used

Great app and great support. The took the time to help me learn and set it up even on the Lite version. I have a lot of work left to do but it appears to be a great app so far. I am excited to use.
