When we set up our courses with Inflowkit a few years ago we were happy with the simple but well functioning interface and received great customer support. However, for the last 3 months we've been trying to get in touch with customer service and have had zero response, in addition to scheduling a call that no one showed up for. If someone from Inflowkit sees this, please contact us!
Some of the features don't work, specifically the ones that help personalize the page (colors, fonts, etc). Customer service is not readily available and is not available at the hours shown on their support website. I scheduled a meeting with them (through their website) and they didn't show up (I waited for 40 minutes). I am looking for better alternatives.
Hi Jandi, Thank you for the feedback. Apologies for the missed meeting, it was due to a mistake on our part. It is not a usual occurrence. For later reference, to get theme features to work you need to refresh your page for changes to the theme be applied. Some times the page gets cached and it may seem like updates don't take effect.
