This app makes the entire process of creating orders that are to be sent out to influencers super easy. I love the fact that it uses AI to parse emails between our team and the influencers we reach out to in order to fill their shipping information. Also very convenient that I can create new orders or affiliate discounts directly from the IH web app and it syncs directly to my Shopify store. The support team is also very knowledgeable and can help you through any issues but I feel the platform is quite intuitive that I rarely even need to reach out in the first place. Everything is laid out clearly, and it only takes a few minutes to go from setting up an influencer collaboration to actually getting an order pushed through to fulfillment. Overall, it’s saved us a ton of time and removed a lot of the manual back-and-forth we used to deal with.

Influencer Hero is an incredibly efficient platform for managing and onboarding influencers all in one place. The dashboard is user-friendly and far more effective than tools that rely on DMs or TikTok Shop affiliates, which can be limiting. The ability to send mass emails has been a huge asset for our team, especially as we manage two brands through the platform. It’s perfect for large-scale gifting and outreach, making the entire process seamless. I absolutely love this software! I especially love the feature that allows you to load data reports from any influencer in order to evaluate clicks and engagements. The onboarding was seamless with the help of their amazing customer service team! They were available at anytime for assistance and were always quick to respond :) It is very user friendly and ideal for mass campaigns and mass-gifting.

I installed this product and to be honest I paid a hefty monthly fee and found it be a waste of money. It's not that user friendly, and there are better tools out there. One of the big issues I have is that I can't import my existing list and export is limited. I switched to Upfluence and found it to be much better
We are very sorry to hear that you did not find our software to be user friendly or up to your needs. We do offer multiple ways to import your existing list of influencers (e.g. CSV upload, Google sheets or with pretty much any other tool via our Zapier and API integration), I am sorry that your account manager must have missed that. We are also happy to help with your exporting needs if you clarify what you wanted to have exported. We have capabilities to export any of your influencer data to excel (or to any other tool via Zapier or API). You can slice and dice which influencers you want to have exported based on detailed filters or by using our AI Chatgpt filter (e.g. “select all influencers that have agreed to post in their last email and to which I have not sent a product yet”). You can also export all of your reports to excel. We sincerely apologize for the way this situation unfolded and will be reviewing internally why these features were not explained more clearly. We truly appreciate you using our tool over the past 9 months and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Plus, the option to download high-quality influencer content and UGC is a huge bonus for repurposing marketing materials. Influencer Hero has taken the hassle out of influencer marketing and made scaling my brand so much easier. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about growing their business!

Unable to create an account. Keeps on saying that a code will be sent by email, but a code is never sent not in primary box or spam. Tried multiple times with different email addresses. There is no contact information so it’s impossible to get in touch with them.

IH delivers! What really impresses us is the user interface. They've taken a very complex process and simplified it on a very easy to use and intuitive platform. Every little part of the process has been thought of and the integrations with shopify are fantastic. I can't say enough about how this has changed our ability to grow our business and connect with high value influencers. Highly highly recommend this product.

Influencer Hero is a great tool to finding, onboarding, and managing influencers all in one platform. Their dashboard is particularly useful to see where in the relationship a particular influencer is, whether you've reached out to them versus if they've posted on their socials. If you need a platform to mass gifting or have a mass outreach, their platform helps you do that with just a click of a button. The only drawback is that it is more difficult to onboard 1 creator without creating a separate campaign for them. Overall, there are many capabilities to utilize here.
